Does Jagex need money?

Over past weeks I have noticed that the updates from Jagex haven't been that amazing. And I noticed that RS cards from walmart, target and rite aid has gone up a bit.
I remember they were 8 bucks for 1 month and 21 for 3 months. The 3 months has changed.
Today I noticed some heavy advertisment on the front of RS. Wow wtf?
Cmon give me your opinion. Is JAgex losing money and how are they going to make more money? OR is this a coiinsidence?

Yeah lots of ppl quit cus of pvp =/
and jagex does seem to be charging much..11 dollars for 1 month sms ?fail.

i think jagex is losing money..i think this is just a re-occuring problem..i mean there was a time they posted more stronger advertisments almost close to porn >.< i was like wtf..itss a problem they keep havin and it usually just passes..

yup i think i remember a few times they had some hot girl as ad.

I just noticed that my post above, the middle advertisement is about a CONDOM..
Very strange for a game intended for 13 year olds and probably a lot younger players play this game
